As always, our priority is the best interest of you, our customer. As COVID-19 affects many in our communities, we want to assure you that we are closely monitoring conditions and doing our part to help slow the spread, including educating our team on best practices.

As an equipment manufacturer, Crary sources materials from all over the world. Due to the current global situation, these parts and materials may be susceptible to a delay, potentially affecting the timeliness of our own production schedules. At this time, we are doing everything we can to manage our components and will continue to do our best at meeting the deadlines and delivery date needs of our customers.
While we are also proactively taking measures to maintain our healthy workforce, we are aware of the potential impact of a shortage of associates due to COVID-19. We are following all local, state, and federal guidelines and anticipate the possibility of operating with a limited team. We will continue to operate to the best of our abilities as we are able. If you are considering service on your equipment or foresee any part needs, now is the time to act to help minimize the potential for any supply interruptions or reduction in our workforce.
To any of our valued customers picking up a service part at our West Fargo location, rest assured that we are taking measures to ensure the continued cleanliness of our facilities. As always, we ask that you call in advance so we can have your order ready. If you are planning to pick up goods at Crary and have traveled outside the U.S. in the past 30 days, are feeling ill or running a fever, please refrain from coming to our facility in person. Call us and we will help you make other arrangements.
We appreciate your continued loyalty and patience during this unprecedented time and encourage you to follow the CDC'S recommended preventive actions to help limit the spread of COVID-19, including properly washing your hands and staying home when ill.
